Job summary

Diamondback America is seeking a skilled CNC Operator III for weekend shift to set up and operate CNC horizontals and verticals per blueprints and drawings. You will handle tool changes and ensure tolerances are met in production.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, setting up machines with no supervision, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining quality during weekend operations. This role requires attention to detail and prior CNC exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years operating CNC machines with loading/unloading fixtures.
• 3+ years reading blueprints and drawings, tolerances.
• At least 1 year of experience in set up of previously run jobs.
• Ability to read drawings and understand tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and tolerances to inform set up and operation.
• Set up process of CNC Horizontals and/or Verticals with no assistance.
• Complete tool changes and make tool offsets.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with the required documents.
• Operate and oversee CNC Machines
