Job summary

Manufacturing Partners Incorporated is seeking a CNC Machine Operator II to maintain average set ups on CNC machines, perform in-process inspection, and ensure parts stay within print tolerances. You will handle routine offsets, follow safety protocols, and participate in daily maintenance, aiming for consistent quality across shifts.

No previous machining experience is required, but you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read blueprints, and use standard inspection tools.

Qualifications

• No previous machining experience required.
• Must follow MPI safety policies and procedures.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Read basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges to inspect parts.
• Maintain machine efficiency and part quality.
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S).
• Sign tools out and monitor fixture use.
• Notify lead of quality issues or machine problems.
