Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience operating CNC machines, or a CNC certificate.
Able to accurately follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist in the set-up of CNC machines.
Operate CNC machines.
Read blueprints and production travelers.
Identify technical problems and work with senior level operator or supervisor to identify a solution.
Assist with minor adjustments to manufacturing equipment.
Maintain equipment through daily/weekly maintenance.
Prepare product for manufacturing process: visual inspection, proper fixturing, cleaning, complete work traveler transactions, product movement and handling.
Daily housekeeping, organizing, and cleaning of work area.
