Proficiency with measuring tools, blueprint reading, and Epicor ERP is valued, and a commitment to safety and attendance helps the team deliver precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

• CNC operator experience or related manufacturing/shop experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use measuring tools and follow specifications.
• Ability to work safely and consistently in a production environment.
• Strong attendance and dependable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Load parts into a CNC machine and monitor the cycle for smooth operation.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, pins, and gauges.
• Verify dimensions match print requirements.
• Keep machines supplied with coolant and ready to run.
• Record counts and revisions in Epicor travelers.
• Log production activity into Epicor ERP.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support team production goals and assist where needed.
