Job Summary

• Prepareand operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, turning,grinding, milling, etc.
• Readingblueprints, engineering drawings, and other specifications.
• Prepparts andload raw materials onto machinery.
• Performtest run to ensuremachines produce outputs according tospecifications.
• Monitorthe machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessaryadjustments to produce a better result.
• Inspectfinishedproduct using precision measuring tools such as micrometer, calipers, andgages.
• Communicatewith Quality and Engineering department regarding non-conforming parts.
• Inspectand maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Documentthe quality and quantity of the produced parts.
• Operation of Haas machinery, with 3+2 axis control

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Provenexperience as a CNC operator and experience with precision measuring toolsis required
• Abilityto read and interpret blueprints mechanical/engineering documents anddrawings.
• Strongmechanicalaptitude and math skills
• Must be able to setup and operate using Haas controller with tooland material probe

Required Experience and Education

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 1-3years of CNC operation experience and/or hands on training

Base Compensation: USD 29.00 - 34.00 Paid Hourly
