Job summary

Snyder Performance Engineering (SPE Motorsport) in Latrobe, PA is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to run Haas mills and lathes in a high-precision production setting. Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machine operation experience (milling and/or turning).
• Experience with Haas controls preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T, prints, and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Programming knowledge (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (primarily Haas equipment).
• Load, run, and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic offsets, tool changes, and adjustments during production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the work area.
• Work closely with programmers and engineers to improve processes.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections.
