Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. in Delano, MN, is seeking a CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on operating CNC machinery, inspecting parts, and ensuring adherence to production standards.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, paid time off and holidays, and a 401(k) with ESOP. Prior CNC experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma preferred.
• Previous experience with CNC or machine operating.
• Takes ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality product.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Check parts for physical defects.
• Identify parts to print for correct identification.
• Load and unload parts from CNC machines.
• Route and finish parts to print.
• Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts throughout the day.
• Wear PPE throughout the day (bump caps, steel toe shoes, safety glasses).
• Follow specific work instructions of assembly requirements.
• General cleaning of work area, equipment, and floors.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities using QCDSM boards.
