Job summary

Landscape Structures is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator Apprentice in Delano, MN. This role supports production by operating machines under supervision, learning setup from prints, and maintaining safety practices to produce quality parts.

No prior machine operating experience is required; candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to build a manufacturing career. Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with a shift differential offered for qualified

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery under close supervision, following standard work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform basic machine tasks such as loading/unloading materials and initiating cycles.
• Training will be provided on how to set up and run a production machine from prints, sketches, and work instructions.
• Reading calibrated measuring tools (caliper, tape measure).
