Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking several CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Phoenix. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce fasteners to spec, perform daily maintenance, and keep accurate production records.

Location: 35th Ave & Grand Ave; Shifts: 1st and 2nd; no prior CNC experience required—we train the right person. A family- and women-owned company with 50+ years in the industry, we value safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior CNC experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow visual, written, and oral instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and auxiliary equipment to produce fasteners to spec.
• Perform daily maintenance and adjustments on CNC machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Synchronize CNC machine actions across operations for customized jobs.
• Configure equipment, calibrate gauge settings, and load materials.
• Perform routine safety checks and follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production records.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Participate as a trainer when needed.
• Work in other areas as needed.
