Job summary

Greer Stop Nut in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with prior experience on CNC mills or lathes. Earn up to $28.00 per hour based on experience, with signing bonus and shift differential options.

The company manufactures specialized locking fasteners for aerospace and nautical applications. Overtime is possible on Saturdays; typical week totals 45–50 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Swiss-style CNC equipment or similar metal-cutting CNC equipment.
• Working knowledge of shop math and basic geometry.
• Ability to read prints and apply dimensional specifications to inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts per specifications.
• Use blueprints and schematics to determine operation sequence.
• Perform in-process inspections and document measurements.
