Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an entry-level Production Level 1 / CNC Operator in Clarksburg, WV. You will operate CNC machines, load materials, follow blueprints, and help produce precise components in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years in warehouse/manufacturing; CNC experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and lifting up to 40 lbs are important. Shift is 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• CNC or machine operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and production procedures.
• Basic math and reading skills; strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (75 lbs in some areas).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including drilling, grinding, and milling equipment.
• Load raw materials and prepare CNC machinery for production runs.
• Follow blueprints and written and verbal work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and specifications.
• Perform repetitive, hands-on production tasks with focus and consistency.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
