Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CNC Machinist responsible for operating multiple CNC machines and inspecting parts throughout the machining process to ensure quality and production targets.

The role requires 1+ year of multi-axis CNC experience, blueprint reading, and precision measurement with calipers, micrometers, and related tools. Shift is 4:00pm to 2:00am, Mon-Fri; training on first shift will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
• Basic blueprint reading and tolerances understanding.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Working knowledge of tooling and machining components.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to operate multiple machines and adapt in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously; cross-train on all equipment
• Read basic blueprints, load/unload parts, and inspect to maintain tolerances
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gage pins, depth micrometers)
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and report issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all procedures and documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned
