Job description

Ergotronix designs and manufactures ergonomic lifting and material handling equipment that helps manufacturers improve safety, productivity, and efficiency. We are a small, growing company where every person makes a meaningful contribution.

We value people who are positive, organized, curious, and willing to jump in wherever they're needed. We don't believe in "that's not my job." We believe in helping each other succeed.

Some days may be focused primarily on machining. Other days may involve assembly, fabrication, troubleshooting, or helping wherever production needs you most.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their manufacturing skills, learn from experienced teammates, and become an important part of a small and growing company.

What Success Looks Like

A successful CNC Operator / Assembler at Ergotronix does three things well:

Make Quality Parts. Build Quality Products. Help the Team Win.

You take pride in your work. You learn quickly. You notice problems before they become bigger problems. And when priorities change, you're willing to jump in and help where you're needed most.

Because we're a small company, your contribution is visible. The parts you make and the products you assemble go directly into equipment that helps people work safer and more effectively.

If that sounds like the kind of team you'd like to join, we'd like to meet you.
