Job summary

JTEKT NA in Piedmont, SC is seeking a CNC Operator for the 3rd shift (11pm - 7:30am). You will operate and maintain CNC machinery in a high-volume production environment and support team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, using gauging instruments, following 5S and safety procedures, and communicating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior machining experience required.
• Ability to properly use gauging equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Proficient English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery in a high-volume production environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and quality checks as required.
• Use gauging tools to verify part dimensions and document results.
• Support 5S, safety and production goals; communicate with team effectively.
