Summary

Operator 3 operates and adjusts CNC or manual machines to produce parts per specifications. Must be willing to relocate to Henderson, NV in January2027.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow safety requirements within the department.
• Access and understand daily and weekly schedules.
• Find, read, and follow work instructions displayed electronically (iPad).
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Inspect finished parts.
• Correctly use all precision measuring instruments to verify part integrity.
• Correctly load and unload parts.
• Manage applicable tools, including knowledge of tool life and wear.
• Make any machine adjustment to maintain part integrity.
• Restart machines at the required place in the operation.
• Operate powered and non‑powered material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jack, cranes, and mobile straddle‑stacker lift.
• Report any damage to a supervisor or manager.
• Follow instructions and procedures, escalating any issue impacting workflow or quality.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of CNC programming.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) with 1–3 months related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in a relevant role.

Skills

• Language: Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and short correspondence in English; present information to others in one‑on‑one or small group settings.
