Job summary

Danfoss in Easley, SC is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Operator to operate CNC and secondary machines, perform quality inspections, and support TPM maintenance. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with a wage range of $23.00–$26.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fundamental math skills essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Machining experience preferred; strong motor skills and clear reading/writing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tools and identify those needing replacement; measure with precision.
• Read prints with tolerances, finishes, and exact positioning.
• Operate pre-setter; perform set-ups; manage load and unload tasks.
• Perform routine machine maintenance per TPM protocols.
• Document work stoppage codes using the DLOG system.
