Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Operator in Grand Rapids to produce high-precision machined parts using advanced CNC equipment. You will read blueprints and verify tolerances, perform setup, and maintain neat logs while supporting continuous improvement and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years CNC machine experience in a production environment.
• Experience with Mazak DMG Mori, or Hurco machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines including loading, unloading, and de-burring parts.
• Perform machining operations using hand tools and precision gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tolerances.
• Perform daily cleaning, light maintenance, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance, tool wear, lubrication levels, and chip removal.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Operator to join our growing team in Grand Rapids. In this role, you'll help produce high-precision machined parts that support mission-critical applications while working with advanced CNC equipment and a team that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and safety.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machines including loading, unloading, and de-burring parts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for your full shift
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Baseline Technical Skills

• Comfortable using CNC interfaces systems
• Skilled at measuring key dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges
• Background in CNC production manufacturing.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
