The Dixon Group is hiring CNC Operators for 2nd shift in Dallas, NC. Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal components, reading blueprints and inspecting using calipers and micrometers. 2-5+ years CNC experience and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5+ years of CNC experience preferred.
• Experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to use measuring tools and shop mathematics.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Location: 2925 Chief Court, Dallas, NC 28034
Work Hours: 2nd Shift – 2:55 PM to 11:25 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: Competitive Compensation + 10% Shift Premium

Ideal candidates will be able to confidently read and interpret blueprints, use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, and proactively recognize and adjust for any machining issues.
