Job summary

The QTI Group is looking for a 2nd shift CNC Machine Operator for a local automotive parts manufacturer. This role requires previous CNC experience and the ability to work independently. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm, with competitive pay at $18.40 per hour.

• Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm. May need to train on 1st shift for up to 2 months.
• Pay: $18.40/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of CNC machining centers (including changeover, part loading, machine operation, unloading, packing and inspection.)
• Perform quality checks on own work, or work of others as required for quality
• Record and/or report all quality defects
• Complete work assignments with accuracy, sense of urgency, and in a safe manner.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous CNC experience
• Passion for mechanics and openness to learn
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs occasionally
