Victory Tool, a U.S.-based tool and die manufacturer in Minnesota, seeks an experienced CNC Operator/Setup Machinist for the 2nd shift. The role is setup-heavy, handling complex one-off tooling rather than repetitive production.
You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and adjust CNC machines independently, often running 2–3 machines simultaneously. Training is available for the right candidate, with strong opportunities to advance in a climate-controlled facility.
Victory Tool is looking for an experienced CNC Operator/Setup Machinist to join our 2nd shift team. This is a setup-heavy machining position in a custom tool and die environment. We build one-of-a-kind tooling, so this is not a repetitive production machining job.
We are looking for someone who can set up, operate, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to CNC machines independently. Our machinists work on a wide variety of jobs and are expected to understand what the machine is doing and why.
You will typically be responsible for running 2–3 CNC machines simultaneously, depending on the work being performed.
Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controller experience is a plus.
Experience with both CNC setup and operation is important.
