Job summary

NSK Liberty is seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Production Team Member for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am). Location: Liberty, Indiana. Responsibilities include operating CNC equipment, monitoring for defects, inspecting parts, and maintaining production logs.

Must be 18+, high school diploma, able to work overtime and weekends as needed. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and in-house training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CNC machinery preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment in a fast-paced production setting.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters; detect and fix defects.
• Inspect parts, measure accuracy, and log production data daily.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and keep machine areas clean.
