Essential Functions / Funciones Esenciales

• Read and understand detailed work order instructions and blueprints. Leer y entender instrucciones detalladas de órdenes de trabajo y planos.
• Set up the cycle time on the machine at the start of the shift. Configurar el tiempo de ciclo en la máquina al comenzar el turno.
• Match work orders to provided tanks and load information into the monitor. Comparar las órdenes de trabajo con los tanques entregados y cargar la información en el monitor.
• Manually load aluminum material into the CNC machine and operate it. Cargar manualmente el material de aluminio en la máquina CNC y operarla.
• Monitor and check the machine regularly to ensure proper operation and quality. Supervisar y revisar periódicamente la máquina para asegurar funcionamiento correcto y calidad.
• Attach helical coil to the tank, if required. Colocar el espiral helicoidal al tanque, si está indicado.
• De-burr tanks after CNC cutting. Eliminar rebabas de los tanques después del corte en la máquina CNC.
• Label and document finished tanks. Etiquetar y documentar los tanques terminados.
