Job Description

Program and operate multiple machines in the Fin/Profile department, including roll-forming and/or stamping machines. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Shift Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 6 AM to 2 PM

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and understand detailed work instructions in English and Spanish.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools.
  • Attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

  • Load raw materials using appropriate equipment.
  • Program and operate multiple machines simultaneously.
  • Adjust machine components based on work instructions.
  • Inspect product quality hourly.
  • Document and store finished products properly.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and tolerance checks.
  • Meet production quotas and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
  • Report issues promptly and follow EMS policies.

Physical Demands:

  • Stand (65%) and walk (35%); may need to bend, pull, push, twist.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs (80% of the time).
  • Use pallet jacks and chain hoists.
  • Wear safety equipment: steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves.
