Dixon Quick Coupling is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Dallas, NC! The CNC Operator will be required to operate a computer numerical controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components and inspect product to drawing specifications. This person would need to be able to read blueprints and work with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to perform inspections. Ideal candidates will be able to recognize machining issues and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of CNC Setup preferred
• Manufacturing / Machine Shop experience required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Great attitude and attendance
• Ability to use measuring tools and read blueprints
• Ability to use shop mathematics
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift
