Job summary

ES MFG in Rochester, MI is seeking CNC MACHINE OPERATORS to join a growing, family-oriented manufacturing team and help build high-quality parts for automotive manufacturing.

You’ll operate CNC machines, inspect parts with gauges, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while meeting production goals with teammates.

Qualifications

• Recent manufacturing experience required.
• CNC or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong work history with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and noise.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use gauges, calipers, and measuring tools to verify specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
