Job summary

HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH seeks a CNC Operator on 1st shift to operate twelve-axis lathes, machine tools, or vertical machining centers producing close tolerance parts. Reports to the CTX/Tooling Machining Manager. Non-exempt; pay range $22.26–$30.11 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, loading/unloading parts, using micrometers and calipers, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while following all safety rules.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting safety rules, operating manuals and work instructions.
• Ability to write routine correspondence.
• Proficient in basic math operations and measurements.
• Able to convert between metric and imperial units.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC twelve-axis lathes, machine tools or vertical machining centers.
• Load/unload components and check dimensions with precision measuring tools.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet specifications.Notify setup leader of equipment or material issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety rules.
