Qualifications

• Prepare and machine samples per procedures with quality standards.
• Execute machine changeovers and setups for the milling process.
• Maintain and update tracking information and perform basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute changeover and setup of the milling machine.
• Perform milling machine operation.
• Prepare standard samples (e.g., Tensile or Charpy).
• Interpret standards and requirements.
• Update information in tracking systems.
• Assist with machine lockouts, tagouts and basic machine maintenance.

CNC Operator 1

LOCATION: Blytheville - Arkansas - USA

DEPARTMENT: QUALITY

Performs the operation of preparing and machining samples, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

Main Activities

• Executes change over and set up of the machine.
• Performs milling machine operation.
• Prepares standard samples such as Tensile or Charpy samples.
• Interprets Standards and requirements.
• Updates information in the tracking systems.
• Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance (refrigerating fluid, machine adjustments, etc.).
