STAR is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team in Minneapolis, MN. You will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
