Job summary

STAR is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team in Minneapolis, MN. You will set up and run CNC machines, interpret blueprints, and maintain quality and safety standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Experience operating CNC machinery.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
