CNC Operator
Available Shifts
1st Shift Thursday – Sunday 6:00am – 4:00pm
2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 1:30am
2nd Shift Tuesday – Friday 3:30pm – 1:30am

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the medical device industry. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for precision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficient in CNC programming and operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
