Job Summary

Piping Technology & Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating computer-controlled machinery to cut, shape, and finish a variety of materials such as wood, plastic, aluminum, and composites. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality, precision parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate CNC routers to produce parts.
2. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
3. Load and secure materials onto the router table.
4. Select and install appropriate cutting tools and machine attachments.
5. Input and edit the program or other machine instructions as necessary.
6. Monitor machine operation to ensure proper cutting and tolerances.
7. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean work area.
8. Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to design specifications.
9. Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues.
10. Maintain documentation for each job as required by quality standards.
