Job Responsibilities
  1. Operate and monitor production line equipment, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and productivity to meet customer requirements.
  2. Achieve daily production goals and communicate with management regarding progress and delays.
  3. Maintain equipment, document process and quality data, and fabricate machine parts and tools.
  4. Set up CNC lathes according to blueprints, select tools and fixtures, and conduct quality checks.
  5. Follow safety regulations and support quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with metals
  • Good communication, flexibility, and physical resilience
  • Ability to read blueprints and work in a fast-paced environment
