Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience operating multiple CNC lathes or Swiss-style machines, can read blueprints, and perform basic metrology with calipers and micrometers. The role offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly wage, and a sign-on bonus up to $1000.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience operating CNC lathes and/or Swiss style machines.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices.
• Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs.
• Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines.
• Able to make adjustments on the machine.
• High attention to detail.
• Good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a minimum of 2 machines while maintaining high efficiency.
• Produce quality parts that meet blueprint specifications.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance checks on machines.
• Maintain coolant, grease, and lubricating oils.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Assist with machine setups when needed.
• Make machine adjustments as required.
• Change tooling, inserts, and offsets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

POSITION: CNC OPERATOR: SIGN ON BONUS up to $1000

We are looking for a CNC Operator to support daily production and ensure quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

• Operatea minimum of 2 machines whilemaintaining100% efficiency
• Produce quality parts that meet blueprint specifications
• Perform daily preventative maintenance checks on machines
• Remove chips andmaintainmachine cleanliness
• Maintaincoolant, grease, and lubricating oils
• Stock machines with raw materials
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Measure parts according to specifications
• Assistwith machine setups when needed
• Make machine adjustments asrequired
• Sharpen and change tools as needed
• Use SPC (Statistical Process Control) asrequired
• Complete daily production tickets accurately
• Maintaina clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Adjust machine offsets and tooling as required
• Change tooling, inserts, and offsets
• Change thread rolls, reinstall attachments, and other attachments
• Assist with machine adjustments and troubleshooting

Requirements and skills:

• 2-3 years’ experience operating more than 2 machines, CNC lathes and/or CNC Swiss style machines
• Able to read and understand blueprints
• Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices
• Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs
• Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines
• Able to make adjustments on the machine
• High attention to detail
• Good technical and mathematical skills

Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday; overtime available
1st. Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm or 7:0 am – 5:30 pm

Salary range: $20- 27/hr
