Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience operating multiple CNC lathes or Swiss-style machines, can read blueprints, and perform basic metrology with calipers and micrometers. The role offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly wage, and a sign-on bonus up to $1000.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience operating CNC lathes and/or Swiss style machines.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices.
• Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs.
• Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines.
• Able to make adjustments on the machine.
• High attention to detail.
• Good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a minimum of 2 machines while maintaining high efficiency.
• Produce quality parts that meet blueprint specifications.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance checks on machines.
• Maintain coolant, grease, and lubricating oils.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Assist with machine setups when needed.
• Make machine adjustments as required.
• Change tooling, inserts, and offsets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
