Job description

Pro Resources is seeking 2nd and 3rd Shift CNC Operators for a client in Bremen, IN.

Responsibilities

• Change-overs
• Performing tool changes
• Set up machines
• Making adjustments to the machines
• Loading bar stocks
• Operation of machines
• Troubleshooting and inspection of parts coming off the machine

Shift and Compensation

2nd and 3rd Shift. Compensation is from $37,440 USD to $45,760 USD per year.

Job Duties

• Must be able to learn and understand programming logic
• Understand blueprint reading / geometric tolerance interpretation
• Adjust machine set-ups (tool changes, chucking force, etc) and programs (offset, dwell, rpm, feed-rate, etc)
• Maintain equipment by cleaning machine, assisting in lube, and clean out scrap bins
• Complete statistical data sheets
• Operate 6+ machines
• Troubleshoot including minor maintenance: be able to replace main parts (collets, guide bushings, belts, ejection rods, toggles, etc)
• May operate End Cut machines along with CNC machines

Background Profile
