Job summary

Chandler Industries, Inc. in Blaine, Minnesota is hiring CNC Operators to join a growing precision manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor CNC equipment, load/unload parts, perform quality inspections, and help keep machines running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

We’re Looking for People Who Want to Grow

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for people with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should have at least one year of machine operator experience or a CNC Machine Technology certificate.

Pay Range Details

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
