Job summary

Chandler Industries is seeking a CNC Operator on the Second Shift to operate CNC machines, deburr parts, and perform quality checks per the control plan. You will replace tooling, perform routine machine maintenance, and support Lean initiatives while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and ability to read blueprints. Candidates should be able to learn basic inspection skills and operate multiple machines as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC machines to perform one or more machine functions on a variety of materials to produce parts and components.
• Review order, control plan, router, job traveler, inspection instructions to determine sequencing and dimensions.
• Load and unload work-pieces and perform basic gaging inspections.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards; participate in Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations.
• Deburr parts and perform quality checks per control plan.
• Replace tooling as necessary and perform general machine maintenance.
• Support Lean initiatives and maintain an organized, safe work area.
