Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Hands-on leadership in CNC machining or automated manufacturing.
• Proven ability to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees on the night shift.
• Own night shift CNC production performance including safety, quality, output, and uptime.
• Oversee approximately 10 CNC machines and supporting equipment to meet daily goals.
• Manage staffing, overtime, workflow, and production priorities.
