Job summary

W3Global is seeking a skilled CNC / Millwork Machine Operator to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating woodworking machinery and a strong background in millwork, carpentry, woodworking, or fabrication.

Experience with Point2Point CNC or Nested-Based CNC machines, and familiarity with panel saws or horizontal beam saws, is highly valued. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of reading blueprints and technical

Qualifications

Experience operating CNC machining equipment in woodworking, millwork, or fabrication.
Hands-on experience with Point2Point CNC or Nested-Based CNC machines.
Experience with panel saws or horizontal beam saws preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Detail-oriented with strong quality control.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC and woodworking machinery to cut and machine components per specifications.
Set up and operate Point2Point CNC or Nested-Based CNC machines.
Use panel saws or horizontal beam saws to accurately cut materials.
Read blueprints, shop drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
Perform quality checks to ensure tolerances are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and assist with inventory management.
