Re:Build Manufacturing in Avon, Ohio, is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to perform full setups on 3- to 5-axis machines for aerospace and related work. You will verify machine readiness, run production with an emphasis on repeatability, document results, and collaborate with Quality to troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC experience, including 1+ year of hands-on setup.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Blueprint fluency; skilled with calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
• Strong with drilling, milling, and tapping operations.
• Experience across vertical and horizontal platforms.
• Demonstrated inspection competence; solid basic math.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform full setups on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills or CNC lathes for aerospace work.
• Confirm machine readiness and safely run centers post-setup.
• Execute production and non-production jobs with focus on repeatability and takt.
• Inspect to Process Routing Documents; record results to verify conformance.
• Partner with supervisors and Quality to troubleshoot machining or dimensional issues.
• Complete production reports and all required documentation.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance; keep your work area clean and organized.
• Perform manual deburring to meet finish and safety standards.
• Comply with QMS procedures, work instructions, and safety practices.
• Protect company, customer, and supplier property at all times.
