In this role, you will ensure the proper operation of CNC machines, load and unload materials, perform maintenance, and conduct inspections. A High School diploma is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts. The role does not permit remote work from certain states, including California and Colorado.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate material loading into machines and adjust guide bushings.
• Load/unload programs for CNC machine setups.
• Cycle machines and observe operations.
• Inspect workpiece in accordance with SPC requirements.
• Read and understand blueprints and job specifications.
• Position and secure tools and fixtures.
• Operate tool grinder for sharpening tools.
• Perform cut-off cycles and machine cleaning.
