Dynamic Group Inc. is seeking a CNC Specialist in Coon Rapids, MN. The role focuses on interpreting manufacturing plans, CAD data, tooling selection, and CAM program verification for CNC milling.

You will set up machines, perform in-process inspections, and troubleshoot quality or performance issues to ensure product conformity. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mold building or 5+ years related precision manufacturing, with a technical degree in machine tool technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Mold Building or related precision manufacturing, or 5+ years experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on first-time quality.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Manufacturing Plans, Prints, and CAD data.
• Identify and apply appropriate fixturing and tooling.
• CAM program verification, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines.
• Perform and document inspections to ensure quality expectations.
• Troubleshoot part quality or machine performance issues.
• Maintain process and documentation standards per QMS ISO 13485.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance of equipment.
