Genuine Machine Products in Gilbert, AZ seeks an experienced CNC Milling Specialist to operate precision CNC mills, interpret blueprints, and drive first-pass quality. This night-shift role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and process improvement within a clean, organized shop.

You will load materials, perform basic setups, measure parts, document data, and collaborate with teammates to optimize tooling and workflow. A strong math background and detail focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience (Level 2/3 proficiency).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines following established procedures and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions to produce parts to spec.
• Load/unload raw material and finished components efficiently.
• Perform basic setups and communicate tooling needs.
• Inspect, measure, and document production and quality data.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas for process improvement.
