Pascoe Workforce Solutions in Westfield, MA is seeking skilled CNC Mill and Lathe Machinists to join our growing shop. Ideal candidates have aerospace background and a strong focus on precision and quality.

You will operate Mazak or Fanuc controlled machines, read drawings with GD&T, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals while maintaining safety and standard work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Experience in aerospace or machining to tight tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with Mazak and Fanuc controls preferred.

Job description

Overview We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist and a CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, ideally with aerospace experience. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work collaboratively. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and power tools to measure and inspect products.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, applying GD&T principles.
• Assemble components as required, ensuring all parts fit together correctly and function as intended.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to machinery settings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Experience in aerospace or machining to tight tolerances medical, green energy, etc.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Experience with Mazak and Fanuc controls is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
