Job Details

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and operation sheets including GD&T
• Operate precision CNC milling machines with minimal supervision
• Set up and debug milling machines (preferred)
• Follow standard quality procedures for setup, operation, inspection, and documentation
• Perform and document required in-process inspections
• Handle materials properly and maintain traceability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required

Qualifications – Needed

• High school diploma or GED
• CNC / Precision Milling Experience Preferred (treat as bold)
• Strong ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T
• Experience operating CNC milling machines independently
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of work
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong reliability
