Qualifications

• 3+ years of Mill-Turn CNC machining experience.
• Experience with live tooling and multi-turret/multi-spindle machines.
• Experience working with Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Proficiency with basic mechanical inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 2-4 CNC operators on 2nd shift.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize Mill-Turn machines.
• Work with multi-turret and multi-spindle CNC equipment utilizing live tooling.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Utilize basic mechanical inspection tools to verify part quality.
