Job summary

RCD Performance in East Peoria, IL is hiring an experienced CNC Mill-Turn Programmer/Operator to work on DN Solutions SMX 3100/2100 machines. The role pays $41–$45/hour plus OT and benefits and requires strong multitasking/mill-turn experience and a solid Fanuc control background.

You will program, set up, and run the SMX 3100, train others, own setups and tooling, and continuously improve processes for precision diesel components.

Qualifications

• Real experience on multitasking / mill-turn machines (SMX, Puma multitasking, Mazak Integrex, Okuma MULTUS, or similar)
• Strong Fanuc controls background
• Ability to program independently (Mastercam, Esprit, Fusion, or NX preferred)
• Comfortable taking ownership of complex jobs with minimal supervision

$41–$45/hour + OT + Benefits

We’re hiring an experienced mill-turn programmer/operator who can step onto a DN Solutions SMX 3100 and be productive quickly.

The Role

• Program, set up, and run a DN Solutions SMX 3100 multitasking machine
• Train and hand off operation to other skilled operator.
• Develop and optimize processes for precision diesel components
• Own setups, tooling, programming, and continuous improvement

What You Need
