Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling operations and machine setups.
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Haas controls preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• CNC programming experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC vertical milling machines.
• Install and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding.
• Load and run existing CNC programs, making tooling offsets and adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
• Inspect machined components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
