Job summary

Tesker Manufacturing Corporation, located in Saukville, Wisconsin, seeks a skilled CNC Mill Setup/Operator to set up Haas vertical mills and run precision components for thread rolling machines and tooling.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, change tooling, and make offsets to ensure quality. Experience with Haas is a plus, with independence and strong attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC milling and setup.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precise measuring equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Haas controls is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC vertical milling machines.
• Install and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding.
• Load and run existing CNC programs, making tooling offsets and adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
• Inspect machined components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
