Job summary

Lynch Bros. Mfg. is looking to hire a capable and committed CNC Machinist to join our Team. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule, overtime, and benefits such as medical/dental, life insurance, and 401K.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment, applying GD&T and print interpretation, refining part programs, and performing 5-axis setup with knowledge of Dynamic Work Shift or Tilted Work Plane. Aerospace experience and FANUC/YASNAC/HAAS knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of previous manufacturing experience required, Aerospace preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with FANUC, YASNAC and HAAS controls is desirable
• Knowledge of GD&T and basic print interpretation required.
• Basic tool application knowledge along with feed and speeds calculations are preferred.
• Advanced Inspection Method knowledge required.
• Own basic hand and quality measuring tools (Including but not limited to: Mic, calipers , indicator)
• Have strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to trouble shoot, problem solve and remain a team player, in a fast pace, changing environment.
• Apply knowledge of basic GD&T symbols, meaning , and functions and ability to inspect your work to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Prove out and refine new part programs and collaborate with engineering on updates to feeds/speeds, work holding, to establish a repeatable process for future runs.
• Revise CNC programs as needed to optimize tool life and cycle time.
• Create and revise basic CNC Mill programs (as needed).
• 5-axis set- up experience required, able to display working knowledge of Dynamic Work Shift or Tilted Work Plane.
• Review and follow written documents such as, work instructions and job aids.
• Support business needs as they apply to attendance, overtime, punctuality, and shift.
• Overtime and Saturdays as needed
